Common questions
- Restore my subscription: open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases (use the same Apple ID you subscribed with).
- Cancel or change my plan: Settings in the app, then Manage Subscription, or iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Free trial: the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged if you cancel before it ends.
- Listening offline: download an episode while connected; it then plays without a connection.
- Free episodes: some episodes are free for everyone; Mystery Pro unlocks every case file.
